Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, actively promoting and selling Aroro Jewellery’s collections, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and assist them in selecting the perfect pieces. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the team to ensure smooth store operations and exploring opportunities to expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service, preferably in the luxury or retail sector
- Knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and design aesthetics
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Team collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment
- Advanced presentation and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and retail management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
