ARORO is a growing brand focused on bulk product sales, catering to dealers, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers across India. We are expanding our sales team and looking for result-oriented professionals who can convert leads into bulk business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on company-provided leads
- Generate and close bulk order sales
- Identify potential dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value bulk deals
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business
- Update CRM and maintain proper sales records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in handling B2B clients and bulk buyers
- Basic knowledge of sales process and lead conversion
- Target-driven mindset with performance focus
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to handle objections and close deals professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales / Telecalling / Bulk Sales
- Experience in handling distributors or institutional clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
