Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Raigarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and delivering product presentations. The role also involves coordinating with the team, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in sales, especially in industrial products, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions
