Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Sales Executive who understands luxury buyers and can drive high-value sales. You’ll be responsible for handling premium clients, building relationships, and converting leads into high-ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Engage with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and interior designers
- Present products with a luxury, consultative sales approach
- Manage inbound & outbound leads and maintain strong follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in luxury furniture / luxury product sales
- Strong understanding of high-ticket sales and client handling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident, and client-facing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Compensation Structure- Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission
- High earning potential based on deal size and closures
- Performance-based incentives for exceeding targets
Bonus Skills- Experience working with architects, interior designers, or real estate clients
- Background in luxury retail (furniture, decor, lifestyle brands)
- Strong network in premium customer segments
