Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kanpur. The Sales Executive will oversee generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also encompasses identifying market trends, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including client relationship management and lead generation expertise
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate market or experience in property sales
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
