Aagstus Hightusk Research (Frycold.com) is looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to onboard businesses and freelancers on our zero-commission marketplace platform.
📍 Location: Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik preferred)
💼 Role: Sales Executive / Field Sales
🏢 Work Mode: Remote + Field Work
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed + Performance incentives)
🎓 Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation and business outreach
• Explaining Frycold platform value proposition
• Seller onboarding and relationship management
• Achieving sales targets
• Supporting clients during registration process
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Sales or field work interest
• Target-driven attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Self-motivated personality
