Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Executive at Apna Gold Tech Pvt Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building client relationships, and promoting digital gold and jewelry solutions. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong follow-ups, addressing client inquiries, and staying informed about the latest products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Building skills to engage and retain clients effectively
- Expertise in Customer Service and Communication to address inquiries and enhance satisfaction
- Ability to manage Targets and demonstrate excellent Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Digital and Traditional Gold/Jewelry solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining organized sales records
- Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous sales experience in finance, jewelry, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable
