Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Kalkaji location. The Sales Executive will engage with prospects and members, provide information about our facility and services, drive memberships, and cultivate relationships within the local community. Responsibilities will include managing inquiries, conducting gym tours, assisting with membership sign-ups, and meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate value and meet targets
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with prospective and existing members effectively
- Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness to provide accurate information about offerings
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with standard software tools such as Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer-facing roles is a plus
