Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ulhasnagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and managing potential customers, promoting financial products and services, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify opportunities, preparing presentations, and following up on leads. The role requires proactive engagement with customers and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in customer acquisition and lead generation
- Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships and negotiate effectively
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet sales targets
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite is preferred
- Prior experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration is advantageous
