Role Description
This is a freelance partnership opportunity with AND Investments in the Mutual Funds Distribution Department. The primary responsibility of the Client Acquisition Partner is sales, acquiring new clients and building strong, long-term client relationships.
As a partner, you will introduce individuals, families, professionals, and businesses to AND Investments. You will consult with potential clients to understand their financial objectives and connect them directly with our advisory team. While all investment advice, portfolio construction, and execution are handled by AND Investments, you will play a key role in initiating and nurturing client relationships.
This is a completely performance-based and incentive-driven earning model. If a client introduced by you invests through AND Investments, you earn commission from the brokerage generated on that investment. Your growth is directly linked to the value you help create.
The role requires proactive communication, professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Since this is a freelance agreement and not a salaried employment role, earnings are based purely on performance and long-term client engagement.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or above.
- Open to students, individuals, women restarting their careers, and working professionals who want to explore freelance opportunities in the financial sector.
- Strong interest in sales and client relationship building.
- High ethical standards and professional conduct are mandatory.
- Good communication skills with the ability to speak and explain concepts clearly in English.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients (online and offline).
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
- A basic understanding of mutual funds and investments is preferred.
- If you do not have prior knowledge of mutual funds, we are open to providing training; however, you must be a fast learner and willing to put in effort.
