Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage leads, and build a strong pipeline across target industries such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential sectors. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, understanding their security and infrastructure needs, preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and conducting site visits in coordination with technical teams. The role involves negotiating contracts, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will also nurture long-term client relationships, coordinate with internal delivery and support teams, and participate in industry events, presentations, and follow-ups to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ELV, security systems, IT infrastructure, or related technology solutions.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and networking to non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Comfortable with on-site client visits, field sales activities, and working toward defined sales targets and timelines.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, presentations, spreadsheets) and familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
- Strong organization, time management, and documentation skills to handle multiple opportunities and customer accounts.
- Ability to collaborate with technical, project, and support teams to develop proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with a customer-centric and ethical approach to sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
