Job Title: Pharma Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

About the Company:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with clients, generate leads, and support business growth through tele calling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
• Generate leads and follow up on existing inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp
• Explain company products, schemes, and promotional offers to potential clients
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to build long-term relationships
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing and delivery updates
• Maintain daily call records and lead status in CRM or Excel sheets
• Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally and convert leads into business opportunities
• Collect market feedback and competitor information through customer interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling, telesales, pharma sales, or customer support
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable with cold calling and regular client follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
• Positive attitude with target-oriented approach
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
