Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. They will also implement effective sales strategies, provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to the overall growth of Akshayakalpa's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven capabilities in Sales and Business Development, including customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software to manage client data and sales activities.
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills to represent Akshayakalpa in a professional manner.
- A passion for sustainability and an understanding of organic and eco-friendly business practices is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the dairy, organic food, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
