Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and creating presentations or proposals. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and offer customized solutions for various packaging requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and closing sales
- Proficiency in market research, analyzing client needs, and developing targeted strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to client requirements
- Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
