Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Gurgaon with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Aica Health's solutions. The role includes managing sales cycles, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinic/ hospital sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Working knowledge of healthcare solutions and technology is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
