Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site sales executive position at AGPH Books™, located in Bhopal. The sales executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships with authors, educators, and institutions, and understanding their publishing needs. The role includes managing the sales cycle, conducting market research to identify opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the sales executive will collaborate with the internal team to develop customised publishing solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to present publishing solutions effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation.
- Understanding of academic publishing, education, or similar industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency in market research, sales planning, and meeting revenue targets.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to customise solutions based on client needs.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications such as Excel, Word, and presentation software.
- Previous experience in publishing or educational sales is an advantage.
