Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Chhattisgarh, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales strategies. The role requires a proactive approach and a passion for achieving measurable results in a dynamic market.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and meeting sales targets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and deliver effective solutions
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple sales processes efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software
- Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in relevant industries, is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Chhattisgarh market and its business environment is beneficial
