Job Overview
Adzguru Exports LLP is seeking a results-driven Advertising & Sales Executive responsible for acquiring sponsors, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes an international assignment opportunity in Papua New Guinea for the same function and domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new sponsors and advertising clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Pitch advertising solutions and negotiate deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
International Opportunity
- Selected candidates will be transitioned to Papua New Guinea for a similar Advertising & Sales role
- Exposure to international markets and client handling
- Opportunity to expand global business development experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Advertising / Sales / Business Development (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel and relocate internationally
