Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and build strong pipeline for fire safety projects
• Identify and connect with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders
• Manage complete sales cycle – from enquiry to project closure
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in tenders
• Achieve sales targets and manage receivables
• Develop and maintain strong client & consultant relationships
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable fire safety solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain sales data, reports, and CRM updates
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or relevant field
• 2–5 years experience in project sales / business development (Fire Safety preferred)
• Knowledge of fire fighting systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with target achievement mindset
• Ability to work independently and in team
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
