🚗 Job Description – Sales Executive
Role Objective- Drive showroom and field sales by engaging customers and presenting suitable vehicle options.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend vehicles.
- Sales Process Management: Handle inquiries, test drives, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Lead Handling: Follow up on leads from campaigns, calls, and referrals.
- Documentation & Delivery: Ensure timely processing of finance, insurance, and delivery paperwork.
- Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing, promotions, and customer trends.
- Post-Sales Service: Maintain contact for feedback, upselling, and referrals.
Skills Required- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Product knowledge of vehicle models, features, and financing options.
- Negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Automotive sales experience is an advantage.
- Certifications in sales techniques or CRM tools are valued.
KPIs- Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Repeat and referral business percentage.
