Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kota. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing accounts, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinking to identify market trends and new business opportunities.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records, and manage accounts effectively.
- Experience in the construction or industrial sectors is an asset but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
