About Us
AD Banquet Designs is India's specialist design firm for banquet halls and destination wedding resorts — with a presence across 25+ cities and a growing international portfolio. We are a unit of Aspire Designs, a 17-year-old hospitality design firm that has delivered hotels, resorts, restaurants, and lounges across India.
The Role
We are looking for sharp, articulate, and driven Sales Executives to be the first voice of our brand.
You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads — investors, developers, entrepreneurs, and HNIs who are planning to build or upgrade a hospitality property. Your job is to understand their requirement, communicate our services and process clearly, and qualify them for the next stage of conversation with our senior team.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will be working with warm leads generated through our digital platforms. Your ability to make a strong first impression, ask the right questions, and build immediate trust will define your success here.
What You'll Do
→ Connect with inbound leads promptly and professionally across call and WhatsApp
→ Understand the client's project type, location, scale, and stage of planning
→ Clearly explain AD Banquet Designs and Aspire Designs' services, expertise, and process
→ Identify serious prospects and prepare them for handover to our senior consultants
→ Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules
→ Represent the brand with the professionalism and warmth our clients expect
What We're Looking For
→ 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales — real estate or hospitality background strongly preferred
→ Excellent spoken communication in Hindi and English — confident, clear, and articulate
→ Someone who listens before they pitch — our clients are sophisticated and respond to consultative conversations, not scripted calls
→ Professional demeanour with a genuine interest in the hospitality or design space
→ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
