Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and generating new sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, presenting real estate properties, and negotiating sales and lease agreements. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales strategies, client acquisition, and business development
- Knowledge of real estate markets and industry standards, particularly in Bengaluru
- Ability to manage client interactions and deliver personalized and professional customer service
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to maintain client data and track progress
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in handling targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing domain is an advantage
