Acquir is a fast-growing manufacturer of rebar couplers an important component in the structural backbone of buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects. We serve construction companies by offering tested, certified, cost-saving couplers and take turnkey projects for rebar threading operations.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for visiting active construction sites, introducing Acquir products to purchase managers, site engineers, and contractors, and collecting qualified leads for follow-up by senior sales staff/closing the deal.
🧰 Key Responsibilities
- Visit 4–6 construction sites, builders and contractors each day
- Promote Acquir rebar couplers and threading solution and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with purchase managers, site engineers, and contractors.
- Collect contact details, project information, and interest level
- Share daily reports via WhatsApp/CRM
- Support senior sales managers in closing bulk deals.
- Track client feedback, competitor activity, and submit timely reports.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales of construction products/equipment (e.g., cement, TMT, admixtures, tools, machinery).
- Graduate / Diploma (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication and field relationship skills.
- Comfortable with daily site travel and target-based sales.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
