Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will primarily be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The individual will also provide excellent customer support and work closely with the team to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Market Research, Lead Generation, and Negotiation Techniques
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
- Experience in Lighting Field or other building materials.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
