Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence while delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and market research to expand the client base
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the Visakhapatnam region and beyond
- Schedule and conduct professional meetings with prospective clients, listening attentively to their requirements and concerns to develop customized solutions
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely conversion to closed deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate value propositions and address client objectives
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction post-sale
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
- Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and regional languages (Hindi/Telugu preferred); strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within an established organization
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling objections and challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed, data-driven decisions
- Highly responsible, reliable, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong network within Visakhapatnam and surrounding regions is a significant advantage
- Negotiation skills and ability to close deals while maintaining ethical business practices
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and organizational needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
