Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Delhi, OH location. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, and promoting our hotel services and offerings. The candidate will also regularly meet potential clients, deliver presentations, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of services.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and familiarity with sales analytics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage client accounts and meet deadlines
- Experience in the hospitality industry or knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset
