Role Overview- The Management Trainee is designed to groom future business leaders and sales managers at Accops. You will work closely with senior sales leaders, channel partners, and enterprise customers to understand how complex enterprise technology solutions are positioned, sold, and implemented.
This role provides exposure to:
- Enterprise IT infrastructure
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Channel partner ecosystems
- Strategic enterprise selling
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise sales teams in engaging with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leadership of large organizations.
- Understand customer business problems and map Accops solutions accordingly.
- Assist in preparing proposals, demos, and product presentations.
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Research industry trends in cybersecurity, remote workspace, and Zero-Trust architecture.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries.
- Work with system integrators, distributors, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Participate in industry events, partner meetings, and technology discussions with customers.
