Job Description:
- Set up meetings to understand clients’ needs and present tailored solutions to address them.
- Establish strong relationships to foster trust, drive repeat sales, upsell, and ensure customer retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches that highlight the unique value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, update status, and report progress consistently.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor tactics to inform sales strategy.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer input and market insights.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle—from lead nurturing through to post-sales support—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for demos, contracts, and after-sales service to fulfil customer requirements efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any technical degree with proficiency in English; multilingual skills preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in selling industrial products is preferred.
