Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include creating strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, attending client meetings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals will be essential.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role is an advantage
