Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales Executive/Assistant Manager. The responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate will be tasked with addressing customer inquiries, preparing and delivering presentations, creating sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also involves negotiating contracts, pricing, and managing accounts.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management to identify and convert potential business opportunities.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning to help achieve business goals.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with rubber chemicals or experience in the chemical industry is preferred but not essential.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure, swiftly adapt to changes, and develop innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Educational Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Tools: Competence in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and preparing data-driven sales reports is advantageous.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
