Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive and Showroom Manager, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves managing showroom operations, driving sales strategies, building customer relationships, and overseeing vehicle inventory. Key responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, tracking market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales management, negotiation, and driving business growth in the automotive industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
- Showroom Operations: Expertise in inventory management and ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading teams and training staff.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and operational challenges to create actionable strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
