Role Description
We are looking for a self motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our aircraft parts trading and sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer RFQs, sourcing aircraft parts through various aviation platforms, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers within the aviation aftermarket industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer RFQs and material requirements.
- Prepare, create, and send competitive quotations to customers.
- Source aircraft parts using aviation marketplaces such as ILS and other industry platforms.
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing to secure business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, RFQ logs, and customer communication data.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends and availability of aircraft components.
- Support business development initiatives and customer retention activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in aviation aftermarket, aircraft parts trading, or inside sales preferred.
- Basic Knowledge of aviation sourcing platforms such as ILS, PartsBase, or similar systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & flexible timings and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to develop professional relationships with global customers and suppliers.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of aircraft parts terminology and aviation documentation.
- Experience handling international customers and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple RFQs simultaneously.
