Role Description
The Sales Executive (Admissions & Outreach) will play a crucial role in student recruitment and promoting the university’s brand. Responsibilities include consulting with prospective students and their families, organizing outreach programs, building relationships with schools and community organizations, and managing end-to-end admissions processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat, where the candidate will work collaboratively with the Admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Admissions, and relationship building with educational institutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting is preferred
- Customer service mindset with proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in university admissions or related industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
