Role Description
We are hiring for a core Sales & Admission Counsellor role in our judiciary coaching division.
This is a high-impact, student-facing role where you will interact with judiciary aspirants, understand their preparation stage, and guide them towards the right course and strategy.
The role requires a balance of consultative counselling and result-driven sales execution.|
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Understand student background (LLB, preparation level, attempts, goals)
- Provide structured counselling and course guidance
- Convert leads into admissions through meaningful conversations
- Maintain regular follow-ups and lead tracking
- Manage and update CRM data efficiently
- Coordinate with academic team for better student guidance
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand student needs and guide accordingly
- Target-oriented with a disciplined approach
- Comfortable handling calls and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of competitive exams (preferred)
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term student relationships
Experience
- 0–3 years in sales / counselling
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
