Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time role based on-site in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets by connecting with potential clients to showcase a wide range of real estate solutions. Main duties include generating leads, conducting market research, building strong client relationships, and negotiating deals to foster revenue growth. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience and staying updated on market trends, property offerings, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or real estate services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of market research and lead generation processes
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline is an asset
