Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at AchieversIT Academy, located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting AchieversIT's training programs, handling inquiries, delivering product presentations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role may also involve collaboration with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and develop strategies to attract potential clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales, business development, and client relationship management experience
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or an eagerness to learn
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in common business tools and software; basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- 1 year of relevant experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
