Role Overview: As a Sales Executive/Manager, you'll be the face of our SaaS products. You'll connect with potential customers, understand their business challenges, demonstrate how our software solves them, and close deals. Your earnings grow with every sale you make — uncapped incentives, real ownership, real career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right MediaTechTemple SaaS product.
- Deliver product demos (online and in-person) and explain features, pricing, and benefits in simple language.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales cycle until closure.
- Negotiate, prepare quotations, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and pipeline status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and support team for smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Stay updated on product features, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Travel locally to meet clients when required (TA & DA provided).
Who Can Apply
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome.
- Experienced candidates from SaaS, IT, software, EdTech, insurance, telecom, or B2B sales preferred.
- Graduate in any stream (BBA / MBA / B.Tech / B.Com / BA — all welcome).
- Good spoken and written Hindi & English.
- Confident in calling, presenting, and negotiating.
- Comfortable with computers, smartphones, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
- Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory) for local client visits.
