What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Run product demos and tailor your pitch to each prospect's needs
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Feed market insights back to the product and leadership team
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait around
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in B2B or SaaS product sales
- Solid understanding of technology solutions, software platforms, and their applications in business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for building client relationships and conducting product demonstrations
- Ability to identify customer needs, develop strategies, and deliver tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Prior experience in SaaS sales or the IT industry is highly advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot, Gujarat, with occasional travel
