🚀 We're Hiring | Sales Executive — Disposable Packaging | New State Expansion
This is a role for someone who loves opening new markets — not just managing existing ones.
JB Polypack is expanding distribution of our disposable PET packaging line into new states. We need a field sales person who can identify distributors, build relationships from scratch, and create a revenue pipeline in untapped territories.
If you've sold FMCG, packaging, or disposable goods to distributors and traders — this is built for you.
📍 Based in Surat | Field role — travel required
💰 Fixed salary + performance incentive

What you'll do:
🔹 Identify and onboard new distributors in assigned states
🔹 Introduce our disposable packaging range (cups, trays, containers)
🔹 Build a dealer/distributor network in new geographies
🔹 Coordinate with our Surat HQ for samples, pricing, and dispatch
🔹 Report pipeline and collections regularly
What we're looking for:
✅ 2–5 years in field sales — packaging, FMCG, disposables, or plastics
✅ Comfortable traveling and working independently
✅ Strong communication + relationship-building skills
✅ Hungry to grow — this role grows with our expansion
