✨ About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and business development across our verticals — corporate interiors, façades, and bespoke art installations.
The role involves engaging with architects, interior designers, developers, and direct clients to convert high-value design and execution opportunities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads across corporate interiors, façade projects, and art installations
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, PMC firms, and developers
- Understand client requirements and align them with rat[LAB]’s offerings
- Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to develop proposals
- Present concepts, proposals, and pricing to clients
- Drive conversions and close deals efficiently
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track all leads through CRM / internal systems
- Represent the brand in meetings, site visits, and industry events
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (architecture/interiors/design/construction preferred)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand design-led conversations and translate them into business opportunities
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR market is a plus
