🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and business development across West Uttar Pradesh.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction chemical industry, strong market knowledge, an established dealer/contractor network, and the ability to independently manage a sales territory.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, applicators & project owners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate project enquiries.
• Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations & technical presentations.
• Promote construction chemical products and support customers with product applications.
• Convert enquiries into orders through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
• Expand the dealer/distributor network and ensure strong market coverage.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
• Identify potential projects and follow them through to order closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and collections.
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts, customer data and market intelligence.
✅ Key Requirements
• 2–5 years of sales experience in the construction chemical industry.
• Experience in waterproofing, tile adhesives, repair & rehabilitation, grouts, admixtures, sealants, flooring or related construction materials is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the West UP construction market and local dealer/contractor network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable with extensive travelling and regular site visits.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office & CRM.
• Strong follow-up and customer-conversion skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
📍 Territory
Meerut | Hapur | Ghaziabad | Muzaffarnagar | Bulandshahr | Moradabad | Saharanpur & nearby West UP markets.
Candidates with an established network of construction chemical dealers, contractors, builders, applicators and project stakeholders in these markets will be preferred.
