Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive business growth for our ventilation product range (inline duct fans, exhaust systems, fresh air solutions).
Compensation:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + performance incentives + travel allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales for ventilation products in assigned territory
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and installers
- Generate business from:
- HVAC contractors
- Builders / developers
- Commercial projects
- Architects
- Conduct product presentations and site visits
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Understanding of HVAC / ventilation products (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle B2B sales cycles
- Self-driven and target-oriented
