We're Hiring | Sales Executive – Ultra-Luxury Residential | Gurgaon

🔹 The Role
This is a front-line sales role where you will be directly responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting inquiries into bookings for our ultra-luxury residential project in Gurgaon.
🔹 What You'll Do
- Engage and convert high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-HNI clients through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, digital inquiries, and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners
- Conduct site visits and present the project with confidence and depth
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing benchmarks in the luxury segment
🔹 What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales — luxury or premium segment preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Existing network of channel partners, brokers, or HNI clients is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a field-intensive role
- Familiarity with Gurgaon's real estate market is a plus
