About the Role:
GraceOnGo Vacations is looking for a Customer Handling / Sales Executive to manage travel inquiries and coordinate with our marketing team during peak travel season. The role involves handling both Domestic & International travel customers and ensuring smooth customer communication throughout the booking journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries for Domestic & International travel packages
• Coordinate with the marketing team for incoming leads
• Manage daily customer interactions and follow-ups
• Handle approximately 15–20 customers per day
• Manage around 200–350 leads per month
• Assist customers with quotations, bookings, and travel coordination
• Maintain professional communication through Calls, WhatsApp & Email
Eligibility:
• Any Degree – B.Com / BBA / B.Sc or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success / Sales / Customer Handling
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak travel season
Work Details:
• Office-Based Role
• 6 Days Working
• Saturday is a Full Working Day
