About the Role
We are looking for a sales executive who can take ownership of converting inbound and outbound leads across our offerings including cabs, hotels, packages, and curated experiences.
This is not just a calling role. It is a full-cycle sales role where you understand the customer’s travel intent, recommend the right offering, and ensure conversion with a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion
- Handle inbound leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, and social channels
- Understand customer intent and recommend relevant options (cabs, stays, packages, trails)
- Drive conversations towards booking and payment closure
Sales + Consultation
- Act as a travel advisor rather than just a salesperson
- Suggest destinations, packages, and experiences based on user needs
- Upsell premium options where relevant
Customer Support (Pre and Post Booking)
- Assist customers with queries before booking
- Coordinate after booking for confirmations, changes, and support
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end experience
Follow-ups & Pipeline Management
- Maintain lead tracking sheets or CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Improve conversion rates through structured follow-ups
Coordination
- Work closely with operations, content, and marketing teams
- Share feedback from customers to improve offerings
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years experience in sales, travel, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable selling over WhatsApp, calls, and chats
- Ability to understand customer intent quickly and pitch relevant solutions
- Ownership mindset. Not just handling leads but closing them
- Interest in travel, experiences, and destinations
Good to Have
- Experience in travel sales, hotel bookings, or packages
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
- Understanding of premium customer handling
