About
You’ll handle inbound enquiries from interested customers, understand their travel needs, and guide them to the right tour. Ticket size: ₹85,000 – ₹1,30,000 per person. Phone and WhatsApp. Full training provided on destinations, products, and sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements, especially for senior citizens, and suggest suitable travel plans.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with operations and travel teams for smooth execution of trips.
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience selling products or services worth ₹50,000+ over phone
- Strong spoken AND written communication in English and Hindi
- Comfortable speaking with a 55+ audience
- Looking for a role where performance directly determines your income
- Available to join within 15 days
