We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Sales Executive who can connect with customers, understand their travel needs, and convert inquiries into bookings. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the travel industry and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements, especially for senior citizens, and suggest suitable travel plans.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with operations and travel teams for smooth execution of trips.
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the travel/tourism industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Experience in selling international travel packages is preferred
- Empathy and patience while dealing with senior citizen customers
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
