About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to drive enrollments for our SAT/ACT preparation programs for students aiming to study in the USA and Canada.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding SAT/ACT preparation programs
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / education sales / inside sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in high-ticket sales or counseling preferred
- Comfortable with target-based sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture
- Experience in SAT, ACT, Study Abroad, IELTS, GRE, GMAT, or related domains is a plus
Preferred Background
Candidates from companies like:
Jamboree Education, Leverage Edu, KC Overseas Education, IDP Education, upGrad, Byjuβs, PhysicsWallah, Unacademy, or other EdTech/study abroad companies will be highly preferred.
