Job Title: Sales Executive – RTO / Cancellation Calling
Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM | 6 Days a Week
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and articulate Sales Executive to handle RTO (Return to Origin) and cancellation calling. The role involves converting failed or cancelled orders into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)- Reach out to customers with cancelled or RTO orders
- Understand customer concerns and objections
- Re-pitch products and convert cancellations into successful orders
- Drive revenue recovery through strong sales techniques
- Maintain daily calling targets and conversion metrics
- Accurately update CRM and call records
What We’re Looking For- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to convince customers
- Excellent spoken English (must-have)
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- High energy, resilience, and target-driven attitude
- Basic understanding of customer handling and sales processes
Preferred Candidate- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Prior calling or telesales experience is a plus
